Hello lovely people,
It never broke out my skin, didn’t reduce acne either! I actually expected way too much from this toner. Sadly it didn’t live up to my expectation but Plum green tea alcohol-free toner is ideal for oily skin types. Check out the full detailed review here.
Hope all of you are doing great 😊. Well, today I am going to share another product empties post. To know about my views on these products, keep scrolling down!
SSCPL Herbals Cocoa & Shea Butter Body Lotion:
SSCPL Herbals cocoa & shea butter body lotion has a smooth, creamy texture with a semi-thick consistency. It has a nice fragrance and it kept my skin moisturized for about 5-6 hours. When the weather got cooler, reapplication needed for my dry skin. It is absolutely a non-greasy, lightweight body lotion suitable for all skin types. Check out the detailed review here.

Biotique Morning Nectar Ultra Soothing Face Lotion:
Biotique morning nectar ultra-soothing face lotion is loaded with an SPF of 30+ and has a thick, creamy texture. This face lotion worked amazingly in keeping my skin soft and plump during the last winter but in summers it felt slightly heavy and oily. From my experience, I can say that it is an excellent moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin which not only provides UVA/UVB protection but keeps skin hydrated all day long as well! Check out the detailed review here.

Innisfree Green Tea Balancing Skin EX Toner:
Innisfree green tea balancing skin ex is one of my favourite hydrating toners. A little amount goes a long way hence the 300ml bottle lasted me about one year! This toner is perfect for combination to dry, sensitive skin types and will keep your skin hydrated all day long. People with oily skin can also use it in winters when their skin craves for some extra nourishment. It is free of nasty ingredients like parabens, synthetic colourants, mineral oil, animal-originated ingredients, and imidazolidinyl urea. Read the detailed review here.

SSCPL Herbals Lavender Hand & Foot Massage Cream:
SSCPL herbals lavender hand & foot massage cream has a smooth creamy texture and lovely floral fragrance. This massage cream gets absorbed into the skin quickly and is absolutely non-greasy. It kept my dry hands and feet moisturized for a good period of time. However, if you prefer 100% pure natural products then you might not like this massage cream as it does contain a few not-so-good ingredients. You can read the full detailed review here.

The Body Shop Grapefruit Shower Gel:
The Body Shop pink grapefruit shower gel is a soap-free body wash and has a refreshing, fruity fragrance. To cleanse your skin, you need only a tiny amount of this shower gel hence the product lasts long. Although the shower gel gives you a clean, fresh skin post usage, it dries out the skin as well! My dry skin wasn’t too impressed with it but my husband has oily skin and he totally loved this shower gel. One thing that we both disliked was its fragrance which goes away soon after the shower! Overall, it’s a nice shower gel. Read the detailed review here.

Plum Green Tea Alcohol-Free Toner For Oily, Combination Skin:
Who doesn’t love alcohol-free toners? No matter what your skin type is, always look for toners that are alcohol-free. Plum alcohol-free toner is powered with the anti-oxidant green tea and is free of parabens and SLS. It’s a gentle, fast-absorbing toner that makes skin tight, firm and supple without any shine. I hate its strong fragrance, honestly.

Colorbar Perfect Match Beauty Balm (BB Cream) 002 Honey Glaze, SPF 20:
Well, after trying out Maybelline BB stick (radiance), Dr. G Hydra Intensive BB cream, Garnier BB cream I decided to try BB cream from this brand Colorbar. The SA recommended 002 Honey Glaze for my yellow, warm, medium skin tone but now I guess the shade 001 Vanilla Crème will suit me more!! Anyway, it has a mousse type creamy texture with a thick consistency with a light fragrance. It is powered with SPF 20 yet it doesn’t leave any white cast. It has a sheer coverage that is buildable and provides an even, dewy finish to the skin. During summers it stayed on my skin for about 3-4 hours. I didn’t like a few things about this BB cream such as it highlights the dry patches, not sweat-proof, doesn’t conceal the acne blemishes, and last but not least it oxidized on me!! Overall, this is an every-day-wear BB cream ideal for normal to combination skin types. Check out the detailed review here.
