Jennifer Garner might be headed for divorce, but she apparently didn't let that stop her from having a good time. The Catch And Release star was certainly chipper as she stepped out with her three-year-old son Samuel in Los Angeles on Wednesday.Jennifer's wedding ring was once again noticeably absent but her smile was there when she greeted a friend over the hedges during the leisurely stroll.
The 43-year-old actress stopped to say hello to the other woman while clutching the hand of her blond tot.
Jennifer looked remarkably youthful in a black and white patterned short skirt that put her athletic-toned legs on display. She paired the artsy skirt with a comfortable grey T-shirt that was gathered at the waist, and wore her hair in a no-fuss way with her sunglasses poised on top of her head.
Jennifer wore patent leather loafers which gave her ensemble a preppy flair. Samuel looked hip too in his blue shorts and Star Wars T-shirt, although he seemed to want to continue walking while his mom chatted with her friend. Having just dropped off Violet and Seraphina at school, it looked like Jennifer had a few hours to spend with her youngest child.
Variety reported that Jennifer and Ben intend to sell their sprawling home in Pacific Palisades, California and are quietly searching for a qualified buyer. The estranged couple, who announced their impending divorce in June, are reportedly seeking $45 million for the three-acre property.
