31 Fedex Tracking Stuck On Label Created

I have ordered an item and the seller has marked it as shipped and gave me a fedex tracking number. It says the anticipated ship date was june 27th h. Label Created With No Updates Walmart States It Is Fedex Issue I send an email and no one responds. Fedex tracking stuck on label created. I am very surprised with the way entire sales operation works
